What Does Best Practices Recognition Mean?
The Big “I” Best Practices Study, conducted in partnership with Reagan Consulting, has been recognizing outstanding independent insurance agencies since 1993.
The program evaluates agencies using a comprehensive review of key business performance measurements, including financial stability, profitability, growth, operational efficiency, and sales productivity.
Being recognized as a Best Practices Agency places Frost among a select group of independent insurance agencies throughout the country that demonstrate a commitment to operating at a high level.
