What can I do?

You have the opportunity each year to revisit your current prescription drug plan.  This window is called the Annual Election Period (AEP). 

AEP runs from October 15^th to December 7^th.

During this period, you can review your policy with myself and compare other plan options that may be available in your area.  Once we find the right plan for you, we can get you enrolled. 

To prepare for a plan review meeting, consider the following:

1. First, book your appointment in advance.  Many agents begin booking their appointment for AEP in September to make sure all clients can be seen in in a timely fashion during the short window that is AEP.
2. Next, prepare a list of current medications that includes dosage amounts.
3. Finally, document what you like and do not like about your current plan, which can help your agent a great deal with researching potential alternative options.

In conclusion, a plan change can be accomplished during AEP.  Scheduling an appointment ahead of time is wise to ensure you don’t get left out.
