Douglas L. Bischoff
Doug has been in the insurance business since 1979 and started his career at Frost Insurance in July 1988 as an agent selling property and casualty insurance to both personal and commercial customers as well as life and health insurance. Doug works from the Napoleon office and is currently the President of the agency. He is a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. Doug holds a Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University. He and his wife Sue reside in Napoleon and are the parents of three children, Michael, Jessica and Ben. Doug is a member of the Napoleon Rotary and the Napoleon Church of The Nazarene. His hobbies include playing tennis and golf, traveling, camping and playing the guitar. Christian C. Peper
Chris began his insurance career with Frost Insurance Agency in January 1985. He is licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health. Chris provides service for both personal and commercial lines customers. He works out of the Napoleon office and is currently serving as the Vice President for the agency. He is a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. Chris graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s degree. When Chris is not busy following the Ohio State Buckeye football team, he enjoys woodworking, auto mechanics and hunting. He resides in Napoleon with his wife Maureen and their four children, Greg, Jenna, Victoria and Theresa. Jeffrey S. Boulton
Jeff started his career at Frost Insurance Agency in February 1997 as an agent helping customers with their personal and commercial insurance needs. He is also licensed to provide life and health insurance. Jeff is currently serving as the Secretary/Treasurer for the agency and manages the Holgate office. He completed the requirements to become a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors in August 2002 and is an alumnus of Defiance College. Jeff resides in Napoleon with his wife Linda and they have three children, Blake, Jaclyn and Nicole. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and trying to improve his golf game. Rachel H. Moll
Rachel began her career with Frost Insurance in 2002 and became a partner in 2009. She provides customers with home, auto, business, life and health insurance. In 1994 Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Toledo. She is currently working on her Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Rachel and her husband Chad have three children Jacob, Brandon, and Zachary. She is a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, a Cub Scout Den Leader and actively involved with the PTO at West Elementary school. Rachel works in our Napoleon office. Bernice Germann
Bernice started at the agency in 1977 and provides customer service for commercial and farm customers. She works at our Holgate office and holds her property and casualty license. Marlene Sonnenberg
Marlene began her career at Frost Insurance in 1984, holds her property and casualty license and is currently a customer service representative in our Napoleon office. Anne has been with Frost Insurance since February 1989 and became licensed in property and casualty insurance that same year. Tina Gustwiller
Tina started at Frost Insurance in March 1995 and works in the Holgate office. She is a licensed, producing agent helping customers satisfy their personal and commercial insurance needs. In addition, Tina is licensed and authorized to offer life and health insurance. Her other duties include the oversight of the accounting and systems administration functions. Tina received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Findlay. Tina and her husband Lee live in rural Holgate and have four children, Brandon, Eve, Levi and Louie. She enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as shopping, following the Holgate Tigers, OSU Buckeyes and being involved in her children’s various activities. Jacqueline Aelker
Jackie became employed at Frost Insurance in February 2002. She secured her license shortly after to service and offer property and casualty insurance. Jackie is currently a personal lines customer service representative in our Holgate office servicing personal lines customers with last names H-P alphabetically. Jackie has an Associate Degree from Northwest State Community College. Jackie and her husband Jack are lifelong residents of New Bavaria and have two children, Ashley and Jake. She enjoys spending time with friends, following her children’s activities and rooting for the Indians and Browns. Joyce Rohrs
Joyce began her career at Frost Insurance in September 2002 and works in our Napoleon office. Kelly Pedroza
Kelly started at Frost Insurance in April 2005 and is a personal lines customer service representative. She works in our Holgate office and services personal lines customers with last names Q-Z. She secured her property and casualty insurance license in 2007. Kelly and her husband Gabe reside in Holgate with their daughter Killian and son Grady.
